Evolution Scenic was commissioned to design and fabricate interactive installations and branding elements for the Abu Dhabi Executive Office (ADEO) EC Retreat.

The project aimed to create a high-end, engaging environment that supported strategic discussions and showcased Abu Dhabi’s development vision.

• Branding & Feature Walls: Designed and installed branded scenic walls and displays, reinforcing the event’s identity and messaging.

• Acrylic Stands & Signage: Delivered sleek, freestanding installations, incorporating modern finishes and clear acrylic elements for a refined look.
• Voting & Feedback Displays: Integrated interactive engagement stations, encouraging participation through branded voting walls and feedback areas.
