Evolution Scenic was tasked with delivering a modern and functional scenic setup for ADNOC’s AI Pledge Event at the ADNOC Energy Center.

The project required innovative designs, custom branding elements, and strict adherence to sustainability and safety standards, all within a tight timeline.

Key Highlights:

• Custom Scenic Elements: Delivered a large wooden wall with vinyl branding, a custom stage with carpets, side wing décor walls, and forex screen cladding—all featuring vinyl branding for a cohesive look.
• Innovative Branding Solutions: Created a custom MDF and acrylic ""Energy AI"" logo and branding walls to enhance the visual identity of the event.
• Sustainable Design: Used environmentally responsible materials to align with ADNOC’s sustainability goals.
• Functional Enhancements: Designed technical hider counters for a seamless integration of equipment while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
• Efficient Execution: Completed the project within tight deadlines and managed complex logistics to ensure a visually striking and functional setup.

This project highlighted Evolution Scenic’s ability to balance creative innovation, sustainability, and functionality.
