In December 2021, Expo 2020 Dubai was transformed into XMAS @ EXPO, a magical festive experience that captivated visitors of all ages.

From a towering 20-meter Christmas tree to interactive workshops and enchanting scenic installations, the event delivered whimsical holiday cheer through immersive design and meticulous execution.

As the installation took place during the open period of Expo 2020, Evolution Scenic’s entire scenic team dressed as Santa’s elves, complete with custom elf uniforms. This playful approach delighted visitors and became a social media sensation, with guests stopping to take photos and videos of the team in action.

Immersive Festive Design and Scenic Production

• Enchanting Festive Boulevard: Created a marketplace lined with custom-built chalets, offering seasonal treats and festive merchandise.
• Bespoke Scenic Elements: Installed giant nutcracker figures at the entrance and transformed the iconic Opti-Robot with reindeer antlers.
• Santa’s House & Elf Workshop: Designed and constructed a fully immersive Santa’s House with animated workshop scenes featuring jolly elves.
• Interactive Family Experiences: Developed festive activity zones, including a climbing wall, holiday crafts, and seasonal storytelling sessions.
• Integrated Lighting & Decor: Delivered stunning seasonal decorations, integrating warm, inviting lighting to enhance the festive ambiance.
