This prestigious event also served as a platform for participants to qualify for the World Cyber Championship.

Evolution Scenic was entrusted with transforming the venue into a high-tech competition space, delivering cutting-edge scenic elements that aligned with the event's innovative spirit and high-profile nature.

Innovative Scenic Solutions for a World-Class Event

• Custom Stage Design: Designed and fabricated unique staging elements, including a round stage and catwalk with custom cladding and carpeting, complemented by steps for accessibility.
• Dynamic LED Screen Surrounds: Integrated LED displays with custom surrounds to enhance the visual experience and align with the event's futuristic theme.
• Specialized Furniture and Scenic Details: Provided custom podiums, ergonomic desks for participants, and tailored flooring solutions to ensure functionality and a polished finish.
• Cytaka Logo Installation: Fabricated and installed a prominent branded logo at the entrance for a striking first impression.
• Interactive Backdrops and Lightbox Signage: Delivered photo backdrops and freestanding signage to enhance branding visibility and participant engagement.
