The private book launch for For the Love of Horses, published by the Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO), was a refined celebration of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s deep connection with horses.

Featuring 18 poems in both English and Arabic, the event gathered 150 distinguished guests, including international attendees of the World Cup.

Evolution was entrusted with delivering an elegant and immersive event environment, ensuring a seamless experience that reflected the sophistication and cultural depth of the poetry collection.

Bespoke Scenic and Branding Solutions for a Literary Celebration

• Book-Inspired Gallery Installation: Designed and built an immersive exhibit, with custom scenic elements that replicated the pages of the book, elegantly displaying select poems in both languages.
• Branded Scenic Elements: Created cohesive branding, including signage and a large-scale mock-up of the book cover, reinforcing the event’s theme.
• Custom Furniture & Aesthetic Integration: Curated a selection of furniture in a refined palette of cement grey, off-white, and black, aligning with the event’s elegant aesthetic.
• Artistic Showcases: Integrated original artworks from three Emirati artists, whose pieces were featured in the book, adding a deeper cultural and visual narrative to the event.
• Seamless Execution: Managed all logistics, scenic production, and coordination, ensuring a flawless experience for guests.

The launch of For the Love of Horses successfully blended poetry, art, and refined scenic design to create an event that honored HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s passion for horses.
