In 2022, Evolution Scenic collaborated with Kennedy London to deliver the scenic fabrication and installation for the prestigious Forever Valentino Exhibition at M7, Doha.

This high-profile exhibition celebrated Valentino Garavani’s iconic career while drawing inspiration from Rome’s rich history and architecture.

The exhibit required meticulous planning, innovative craftsmanship, and seamless execution to achieve a world-class presentation of scenic elements.

Elevating the Art of Scenic Fabrication

Multi-Room Exhibit Space: Delivered a series of meticulously crafted exhibit rooms to display Valentino's curated pieces, creating a cohesive and immersive journey through his legacy. Each room was designed with precision to highlight the designer's work while complementing the exhibition’s overarching narrative.
Iconic Colosseum Representation: Fabricated and installed a grand Colosseum-inspired structure to house the designer’s collections, blending architectural elegance with contemporary aesthetics.
Technical Expertise: Delivered fabrication drawings and structural calculations, enabling the creation of a 6-ton Gasometer-inspired steel structure, showcasing exceptional engineering and craftsmanship.
Sculptural and Display Elements: Recreated 3D Mitoraj statues using fiber tissue material on MDF plinths and crafted wooden display shelves with a sleek powder-coated finish.
Immersive Ceiling Installation: Designed a metal and polycarbonate sheet ceiling, illuminated with DC 24V multicolored LED lights and backlit printed fabric, creating a striking sky-like effect.
Custom Signage and Murals: Produced multi-colored acrylic signage and suspended elements using steel wire ropes to enhance the aesthetic and narrative of the exhibition.
Numerous Exhibit and Display Spaces: Crafted multiple bespoke exhibit and display areas, each tailored to meet the exacting specifications of the client, ensuring both functional and visual excellence.

Seamless Execution Across Borders
The project involved transporting 15 trailers of materials from the UAE to Qatar, highlighting Evolution Scenic’s logistical expertise and attention to detail. Every scenic element reflected Valentino’s legacy, seamlessly integrating elegance, innovation, and storytelling into the exhibition.

The Forever Valentino Exhibition was a resounding success, showcasing Evolution Scenic’s ability to execute complex, large-scale designs with precision and artistry, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.
