In October 2022, Evolution Scenic partnered with Nteractive Consulting and Events Limited to deliver a custom-built exhibition stand for Hewlett Packard Enterprises (HPE) at GITEX 2022, held at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Spanning a massive 25m x 12m, the stand featured bespoke elements tailored to meet HPE’s specifications, creating a polished and functional space for showcasing their brand and products.

Custom Exhibition Stand for a Global Tech Leader

• Custom Meeting Rooms: Designed and built four 4m x 4m meeting rooms featuring glass walls, double glass doors, and custom tables, with integrated AV setups for seamless presentations.
• Custom Counters and Hanging Structures: Fabricated bespoke counters and overhead structures, complete with integrated lighting, to enhance the stand’s functionality and visual appeal.
• Walling and Graphics: Finished all wall surfaces with vinyl graphics, ensuring consistent branding throughout the stand.
• Carpet Installation: Installed carpet across the stand to provide a sleek and professional floor finish for the entire area.
