At Evolution Scenic, we embraced the opportunity to design, build, and manage the Ideas Festival and Forum—an exciting and vibrant event held on the grounds of a prestigious university for a globally recognized client.

Key Highlights:

• Bold entrance signs made from stacked timber frames with LED lighting and custom branding—engineered for seamless assembly despite their size and complexity.
• Custom elements including entrance counters, workshop tables, wavy bookshelves, and giant origami decor pieces, adding creative flair to the festival atmosphere.
• Main festival stage featuring functional side wings, screen surrounds, stage facades, flooring, and steps, built for impact and functionality.
• Internal talks stage transformed into a timber-framed space with natural wooden cladding, designed for visual appeal and precise integration with projection screens.

For the Forum, we shifted to a sophisticated corporate vibe, creating a full-height stage made of solid scenic flats with a seamless surface finish to enhance lighting and projection effects.

The result showcased Evolution Scenic’s ability to deliver creativity, precision, and technical expertise, turning bold ideas into memorable event experiences.
