In March 2023, the Ministry of Economy hosted the second edition of Investopia at the Hilton in Abu Dhabi, bringing together over 1,400 industry leaders, policymakers, and investors for a two-day forum.

The event aimed to foster collaboration and explore new investment opportunities in the UAE and beyond.

Evolution Scenic was entrusted with delivering high-impact scenic elements and custom fabrications to create a dynamic and visually engaging environment.

Custom Scenic Solutions for a Global Investment Forum

• Main Stage Design: Fabricated a 21-meter-wide stage featuring a circular scenic centerpiece with programmable lighting, providing a visually striking focal point for the event’s keynote sessions.
• Breakout and Press Stages: Designed and installed two additional stages for breakout sessions and press conferences, ensuring consistency in branding and functionality across all spaces.
• Custom Circular Ring Logo: Created a six-meter-high ring logo structure using a combination of styrofoam, gelcoat, metal square tubing, and MDF cladding, finished in a reflective silver metallic chrome.
• B2B Meeting Area: Built 35 custom meeting booths for one-on-one discussions, blending privacy with functionality to support networking.
• Pre-Function Scenic Features: Designed branded TV studio backdrops and interactive areas for interviews and promotional content.
• Gala Dinner Scenic Setup: Delivered an elegant outdoor setting on the Hilton’s terrace, incorporating ambient lighting and bespoke scenic elements for a sophisticated evening experience.

Each element reflected the event's commitment to innovation and excellence, contributing to a memorable experience for attendees.
