Evolution Scenic was tasked with designing and fabricating a striking main entrance experience and multiple interactive installations for the first-ever LIV Golf event in Riyadh.

The scenic elements needed to blend bold branding, immersive lighting, and engaging visitor experiences to reflect the dynamic energy of LIV Golf.

Innovative Scenic Design and Interactive Fan Engagement

• Main Entrance Experience: Designed and built an ACP-clad entrance over the supplied scaffolding structure, featuring DMX-controlled signage and accent lightboxes for a visually captivating first impression. A branded 2m golf ball on a rotation mount was positioned inside a custom-fabricated roundabout structure, reinforcing the event’s identity. The entrance floor was painted in a striped pattern, meticulously matched to the client’s Pantone colors.
• The Range Sign: Constructed a 6m-high branded scaff tower, incorporating a fully DMX-controlled lightbox, serving as a dynamic wayfinding and branding element.
• The IBC Maze: Created an immersive walkthrough maze using IBC containers, each integrated with a custom LED lighting system controlled via Resolume, enabling color shifts and dynamic effects within the space.
• The 19th Hole Experience: Developed an interactive experiential putting game within the IBC maze, offering attendees a fun and engaging brand activation.
