MUBADALA SAIL GP

For the Mubadala Sail GP event at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, Evolution Scenic was tasked with designing and building a temporary venue next to the docks.

The venue supported the event’s theme of teamwork and high-performance boat racing, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal.

Key Highlights:

• Custom Scenic Design: Constructed a curved stage (3000 mm x 15000 mm) with two backdrops, an LED screen centerpiece, and ambient lighting to enhance the show.
• Innovative Wall Finishes: Created custom walling with prefabricated plastic slotted designs at the top and bottom, vinyl graphics in the middle, and a cohesive finish for the tent’s interior and exterior.
• Functional Enhancements: Provided a golf cart service for guest transport from parking to the venue.
• Interactive Elements: Installed a kids’ play area with a live water pool and a station for learning Marlin Spike knot-tying, adding an engaging touch for families.
• Comprehensive Setup: Delivered all scenic elements while adhering to health and safety regulations, ensuring the project was aligned with the proposed design and budget.

This project demonstrated Evolution Scenic’s ability to deliver visually impactful and functional temporary venues.
