Held at Emirates Palace from October 30–31, 2023, the Pre-COP28 Conference served as a key preparatory meeting ahead of COP28, bringing together global leaders, policymakers, and experts under the UNFCCC framework.

​Evolution was selected to design and deliver an event environment that reflected the gravity of the discussions while incorporating culturally relevant elements. With only 14 days to execute the project, Evolution successfully transformed the venue into a sophisticated and engaging space.

Refined Scenic and Cultural Enhancements for a Global Forum

• Bespoke Meeting Spaces: Designed and installed custom-built tented breakout rooms, furnished with tailor-made pieces to ensure both functionality and aesthetic harmony.
• Culturally Inspired Scenic Elements: Integrated traditional Emirati motifs and materials into the event design, reinforcing the UAE’s heritage within the conference setting.
• VIP Welcome Features: Produced custom welcome baskets filled with locally sourced products, reflecting the nation’s hospitality and attention to detail.
• Custom Reception and Lounge Areas: Designed and furnished networking spaces that encouraged engagement while maintaining a seamless event flow.
• Press Conference Room Setup: Delivered a fully branded scenic environment for media briefings, including backdrops and staging to accommodate global press coverage.

Evolution’s ability to execute an event of this scale within a condensed timeline demonstrated its expertise in high-profile scenic and event production.
