QUDWA TEACHERS' FORUM

The Qudwa Teachers’ Forum, hosted at the prestigious Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, united over 800 educators from around the world to discuss the future of education.

Organized under the support of the Education Affairs Office within the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi, the event was attended by esteemed dignitaries, including His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development.

Scenic Design and Event Transformation

• Custom Event Spaces: Designed and constructed six breakout rooms inside the ballroom with bespoke stages and backdrops, along with three additional breakout rooms in other areas of the venue.
• Auditorium Design: Delivered a fully customized auditorium setup for the main conference, ensuring a professional and visually impactful space for keynote sessions.
• Informative Installations: Lined corridors with custom infographics that highlighted insights and takeaways, enhancing the attendee experience.
• Outdoor Enhancements: Furnished the terraces with custom-designed furniture, creating a unique and relaxing space for lunch breaks.
• Branded Elements: Applied the Qudwa brand across all scenic and digital elements, ensuring a cohesive and elegant event identity.

The Qudwa Teachers’ Forum transformed Emirates Palace into a dynamic hub for educators, combining creativity, functionality, and meticulous attention to detail.
