VISIT SAUDI TENT – RUGBY 7s

A comprehensive setup was created for Visit Saudi at the Rugby 7S event, with the build-up and de-rig of the Saudi Tent.

The design included walls, ceilings, food counters, storage cabinets, AC covers, custom furniture, reception counters, and branding elements.

Custom Design and Fabrication

• Tent Structure: The tent’s floor skimming, Baristi ceiling, and metal structure were crafted to establish a functional yet appealing environment.
• Wooden Walls and Furnishings: Textured wooden walls complemented by custom furniture and shelves added aesthetic value to the space.
• Food and Storage Areas: Food counters and storage cabinets were designed to meet operational needs while maintaining the event’s overall branding and style.
• Branding and Signage: Logo branding, flags, vinyl brandings, and printed banner brandings were placed throughout to highlight Saudi’s identity.
• AC and Fire Safety: AC covers and fire extinguisher boxes were strategically incorporated for safety and functionality.
• Efficient Setup and Execution

The team executed the build-up and de-rig efficiently, ensuring that all tasks were completed within the required timeframe while adhering to the client’s standards for branding and design.
