A realistic programme requires sufficiently developed design, technical, venue and operational information. This normally includes approved layouts, scenic drawings, screen dimensions, branding schedules, product information, venue access routes, loading restrictions, installation hours and any required engineering or approval procedures.
The scale and complexity of the fabrication also influence the programme, particularly where custom metalwork, detailed finishes, moving elements, extensive graphics or workshop testing are required. The schedule should allow for technical development, engineering coordination, material procurement, fabrication, finishing, dry fitting, packing, transport and installation. Late changes to dimensions, branding or technical equipment can affect completed work, so approval responsibilities and decision dates should be established clearly.
