ADNOC AI Pledge Event – Scenic Fabrication & Branded Event Environment, Abu Dhabi (2024)
Technology-focused corporate events require environments that feel contemporary, precise and aligned with the subject matter being presented. For ADNOC’s AI Pledge Event at the ADNOC Energy Center in Abu Dhabi, Evolution Scenic delivered a modern scenic setup combining custom fabrication, integrated branding and functional event infrastructure.
The project included a large branded timber wall, custom stage, side wing décor walls, screen cladding, an MDF and acrylic “Energy AI” logo, branded feature walls and technical hider counters. Sustainability and safety requirements were considered throughout the delivery, with the complete scenic package executed within a tight production programme.
The Challenge
The event required a clean and modern visual environment that could support ADNOC’s AI-focused messaging while maintaining a strong corporate identity.
The scenic package needed to combine branding, staging, screen integration and technical concealment without making the space feel visually cluttered.
The project also had to align with sustainability and safety requirements, meaning material selection and installation planning had to support both the visual brief and the operational standards of the event.
A compressed delivery programme added further pressure, requiring fabrication, finishing, logistics and installation to be coordinated efficiently.
The Solution
Evolution Scenic developed a coordinated scenic package tailored to the visual and functional requirements of the AI Pledge Event.
A large timber wall was fabricated and finished with vinyl branding to create a strong branded backdrop within the venue.
A custom stage was constructed with carpet finishes, supported by side wing décor walls that extended the visual treatment across the main event area.
Forex cladding was also produced around screen elements, allowing digital content to be integrated into the scenic environment while maintaining a consistent branded finish.
A custom “Energy AI” logo was fabricated using MDF and acrylic, creating a more dimensional branding feature within the event space.
Additional branding walls were produced to reinforce the event identity across key guest-facing areas.
Technical hider counters were also designed and fabricated to conceal equipment while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
Environmentally responsible materials were incorporated where required to align the project with ADNOC’s sustainability objectives.
