Evolution Scenic is a specialist scenic design, fabrication and installation company operating from Dubai and Riyadh. We design, engineer and build stages, sets, backdrops, exhibition environments, brand activations, installations, sculptures, props, parade floats, immersive environments and bespoke scenic pieces for projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

Projects of every scale. A brief might be a single backdrop, branded wall, plinth, prop or bespoke display piece, or it might involve an entire stage, immersive environment or complex large-scale scenic build. We are equally comfortable with straightforward fabrication and highly ambitious projects involving multiple specialist disciplines. The size of the project does not determine the level of care we put into the build or finish.

Yes. Small and bespoke work is an important part of what we do. Our workshops regularly produce individual props, sculptures, branded pieces, backdrops, display features, custom furniture and other one-off items. You do not need a large event or a complicated scenic package to work with Evolution Scenic.

Yes. We are happy to fabricate a single bespoke item. We can work from completed technical drawings, a creative render, a sketch, reference images or an initial idea, and can provide as much or as little design and technical development as the project requires.

No. Our scale and in-house capabilities allow us to work efficiently across a wide range of project sizes and budgets. We regularly deliver simple and straightforward fabrication alongside major scenic builds, selecting materials, finishes and production methods appropriate to the brief rather than over-engineering the solution.

We have permanent production facilities and teams in Dubai, UAE and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We regularly deliver projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah and throughout the wider GCC. We have also fabricated, packed and shipped scenic projects from our workshops to destinations around the world.

Yes. Evolution Scenic operates dedicated scenic production facilities in both Dubai and Riyadh, with in-house capabilities including technical design and CAD, carpentry and joinery, metalwork, 3D fabrication and sculpting, scenic painting and specialist finishes, graphics, textiles and upholstery, assembly and automation.

Our work ranges from simple backdrops, branded walls, plinths, props and individual bespoke pieces to large-scale stages, sets, exhibition environments, immersive installations, festival features, parade floats, brand activations and permanent installations.

A project may require one straightforward fabrication process or bring together carpentry, metalwork, sculpting, graphics, textiles, specialist finishes, engineering and technical systems within a single build.

Yes. We regularly work with event agencies, production companies, creative agencies, designers and architects to fabricate projects from supplied concepts, renders and technical designs. We can work strictly within an established creative direction or provide technical development and fabrication input where required.

We understand our role when working as part of another company's project team and respect existing client relationships, creative ownership and project structures.

Yes. You do not need to arrive with finished technical drawings. Our design and technical teams can help determine how a creative concept can be engineered, fabricated, transported and installed.

We can support a project from an initial sketch or reference image through technical development, material selection and prototyping to fabrication, finishing and final installation.

Yes. We work directly with brands, government and cultural organisations, venues and other end clients, as well as acting as a specialist scenic fabrication partner for event agencies, production companies, creative agencies, architects and designers.

Our role adapts to the project. We can quietly support an existing project team behind the scenes, collaborate directly with creative and production teams, or manage a complete scenic scope.

Yes. Our teams can manage the scenic process through fabrication, finishing, pre-assembly, transport and on-site installation. Where required, we can also plan builds around dismantling, packing, international shipping and reassembly at their final destination.

Yes. Our multidisciplinary production teams combine scenic craftsmanship with technical design, engineering and specialist fabrication capabilities. This allows us to develop and produce large-scale, highly detailed, mechanically complex and unusual builds requiring several disciplines to work together.

Our ability to deliver projects at this scale does not change our approach to smaller work. A single beautifully finished backdrop or bespoke piece is still a scenic fabrication project, and we approach it with the same focus on workmanship and finish.

Yes. Evolution Scenic is part of the wider Evolution group of specialist companies. When a project requires additional support, we can connect scenic delivery with technical production, furniture rental, temporary site infrastructure, props and wider event delivery capabilities.

These services are entirely flexible. Clients and industry partners can engage Evolution Scenic independently for one defined scope or bring in additional Evolution specialists only where they are useful to the project.

Yes. In addition to temporary scenic environments for events and experiences, we fabricate bespoke features, installations, display elements and specialist pieces for permanent and semi-permanent environments where custom fabrication and scenic craftsmanship are required.
