They include both straightforward builds and complex projects requiring multiple specialist disciplines.

No. Our portfolio includes some very large and complex projects, but they represent only part of what we do. We regularly undertake smaller scopes including single backdrops, branded walls, plinths, props, sculptures, display pieces and other bespoke fabrication. A project does not need to be large to come through our workshops.

Yes, but we do not need to reproduce it. If you have seen a material, finish, fabrication technique, mechanism or type of build within one of our projects that is relevant to your brief, our team can use that experience to help develop an appropriate solution for your own project and creative direction.

Yes. We regularly fabricate projects designed by event agencies, creative agencies, production companies, architects and independent designers. We can work from developed production drawings or take a creative design through the technical development required for fabrication while protecting the original creative intent.

Yes. Our team can work from renders, sketches, reference images or early-stage concepts and help determine how they can be engineered and fabricated. This can include technical drawings, material selection, structural development, prototyping, finishes and planning for transport and installation.

Our Dubai and Riyadh workshops bring together technical design and CAD, carpentry and joinery, metalwork, 3D fabrication and sculpting, scenic painting and specialist finishes, graphics, textiles and upholstery, assembly and automation. This allows multiple disciplines to work together when a build requires them

Yes. A significant part of our work involves supporting event agencies, production companies, creative agencies, designers and other industry partners as a specialist scenic fabrication partner. We can deliver a clearly defined fabrication scope or collaborate with the wider project team through technical development, production and installation.

We respect existing client relationships, creative ownership and project structures and are equally comfortable working behind the scenes or directly with the wider project team.

Yes. We also work directly with brands, venues, government and cultural organisations and other end clients. Where a client does not already have a developed design or production team, we can provide the additional creative and technical development required to move the project towards fabrication.

Evolution Scenic has permanent production facilities in Dubai and Riyadh and delivers scenic projects throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC. We have also fabricated, packed and shipped projects from our workshops to destinations around the world.

Yes. Depending on the scope, our teams can manage technical development, fabrication, finishing, pre-assembly, transport and on-site installation. Projects destined for other countries can also be designed around dismantling, packing, shipping and reassembly at their final destination.

Yes. We are just as happy discussing a single bespoke piece as a major scenic environment. Small projects might include a backdrop, prop, sculpture, branded feature, display piece, plinth, custom furniture item or unusual object requiring specialist fabrication or finishing.

Our scale gives us capability; it does not mean every project needs to be large.

Yes. We work across a wide range of project sizes and budgets. Having multiple fabrication disciplines in house allows us to recommend materials, construction methods and finishes appropriate to what the project actually needs rather than automatically specifying the most complex solution.

If you have a defined budget, sharing it early allows our team to advise what is achievable and where different approaches could provide better value.

Yes. Evolution Scenic is part of the wider Evolution group of specialist companies. Where required, a scenic scope can be supported by technical production, furniture rental, temporary site infrastructure, props and wider event delivery capabilities.

These services are optional. You can work with Evolution Scenic independently or bring in additional Evolution specialists only where the project requires them.
