Hospitality activations need to feel welcoming, informative and immediately connected to the destination or brand they represent. For Visit Saudi at the Dubai 7s on 2–3 December 2023, Evolution Scenic delivered the internal fit-out for a dedicated hospitality tent designed to introduce visitors to Saudi Arabia through information, interactive engagement and a carefully considered visitor environment.


Commissioned by Falcon Golf Management Limited, the space combined custom-fabricated structures, two information counters, interactive zones, vibrant branding and natural wood finishes. The result was a refined and approachable hospitality environment that balanced strong visual identity with the warmth and character associated with Saudi hospitality.

The Challenge


The Visit Saudi Hospitality Tent needed to operate as both a branded destination and a practical information hub within the wider Dubai 7s environment.


Visitors required clear points where they could speak with hostesses, access tourism information and interact with the Visit Saudi initiative, while the overall setting still needed to feel premium, welcoming and visually cohesive.


The design also needed to balance colourful branding with more natural material finishes, ensuring that the environment remained distinctive without becoming visually overwhelming.

The Solution


Evolution Scenic delivered a complete internal fit-out tailored to the operational and visual requirements of the hospitality tent.


Custom scenic structures were fabricated throughout the space and finished to a high standard to create a polished visitor environment.


Two dedicated information counters were designed and installed as key functional touchpoints, providing hostesses with clear positions from which to welcome guests and share tourism information.


Branded scenic features were integrated alongside natural wood finishes, creating a contrast between vibrant visual identity and warmer, more earthy material tones.


Interactive guest engagement zones were also developed within the space, giving visitors additional ways to connect with the Visit Saudi initiative beyond conventional information displays.


By coordinating structures, branding, counters, finishes and interactive areas as one fit-out package, Evolution Scenic created a hospitality environment that was both functional and visually distinctive.
